RiverBend named 2010 National SAM Finalist

Sifton Properties Limited is pleased to announce that RiverBend Golf Community has been selected as a Finalist in the Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s 2010 National SAM Awards for Community Development and Best Project Signage.
The CHBA National SAM Awards celebrate excellence in new homes and renovation design, innovative technology and construction techniques, outstanding presentation, and marketing activities across Canada. The SAM Awards are not only meant to recognize great work amongst the membership, but to inform the rest of the industry and the public of these achievements. The awards will be presented on February 27, 2011 in Banff, Alberta.
The Community Development award recognizes members who create attractive, exciting, innovative and environmentally responsible communities. The overall RiverBend Golf Community vision, its architectural features, environmental considerations, safety, and recreational facilities have placed the community in the running for this very prestigious award. Recently, RiverBend Golf Community was the recipient of a similar award, 2010 Project of the Year, from our local Home Builders’ Association.
In addition, our team and design partners are thrilled to be recognized for outstanding marketing efforts, specifically in the area of project signage.
CHBA President Victor Fiume said that winning a National SAM is a real honour and distinction. “Each year, the bar seems to get raised a little higher, as new home builders, renovators and developers across the country strive to outdo themselves and each other,” enthuses Mr. Fiume. “The quality, the sheer excellence of the projects chosen as this year’s finalists is nothing short of inspirational.”
